Allen Redding, Senior Vice President and Secretary: Allen is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BBA in accounting. He began his healthcare career with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas as a Medicare auditor, performing Medicare/Medicaid cost report audits throughout southeast Texas. Allen joined Lifemark Corporation, a hospital chain with more than 30 owned and managed hospitals. He was responsible for Medicare/Medicaid hospital and home office cost report preparation and government regulation compliance. Allen was selected by The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas, as Manager of Reimbursement responsible for Medicare/Medicaid hospital and home office cost report preparation and government regulation compliance at TMH and nine TMH System managed hospitals. 

He joined Zebec Data Systems, Inc. in Houston, a local computer systems organization, and helped develop a system for recovering lost Medicare dollars for hospitals. This tenure resulted in eight years of experience successfully recouping Millions of lost dollars for hospitals. In 1995, Allen joined Ken Ruby and Eric Depew in founding MC AnalyTXs, Inc., and was the principal contributor to the development of the calculation methodology, rate table structure and reporting capability of MCA's "Claims Management System". He is currently responsible for all audit field-work and regulatory compliance. Allen has been a member of HFMA for the past 25 years.
